Our Myanmar customer left a message on the Google Geomembrane website to tell us that he needed to purchase HDPE geomembrane pond liner for biogas digesters and asked about the price of the HDPE geomembrane. We learned through email that he was a dairy farm company in the United States. Clients told us that its dairy farms produce 2 tons of cow manure per day. These cow dung breeds a lot of bacteria every day and produces a lot of odor, attracting countless mosquitoes and flies. So he needed us to help him build a biogas digester and make good use of the cow dung. According to the customer’s needs, our BPM team recommended HDPE geomembrane pond liners for biogas digesters to him through 11 years of experience in installing biogas digesters. Solution
The biogas digester geomembrane project recommended by BPM to customers can effectively save construction time, low cost, low operation and maintenance cost. It also has the characteristics of convenient daily management, long sewage retention time and sufficient digestion, etc. Daily output of biogas is large, and an automatic sludge discharge device is installed at the bottom of the pool. The aquaculture sewage is anaerobic fermentation to achieve the dual effect of sewage treatment and biogas production. At the same time, the black film is used to absorb solar heat and improve the efficiency of biogas production. The manure collected by the biogas digester can produce a large amount of biogas through the reaction, and these biogases can be converted into electricity, natural gas, etc., and the generated manure can be used as fertilizer for crops.
