Selecting the Appropriate HDPE Pond Liner Material
To minimize weld seams and reduce construction time, a 6-7 meter wide pond liner is chosen. The pond body area includes an edge-extracting part (1 meter circumference along the side wall), plus a 7% balance for anchoring, overlapping, and leak repair. After constructing the biogas pond, water is injected to a depth of 0.8 meters to protect the HDPE pond liner material from exposure, especially during summer’s strong sunlight. This helps prolong its service life. There is no protective layer at the bottom of the pool.
